The prices presented include entry of up to 14 children to the play room (each additional child for 2.00 €) and the use of the birthday room. For the duration of the birthday, the play room is not closed for other visitors, whereas the birthday room is in the exclusive use of the party. In the event of larger birthdays involving more than 14 quests, we ask you to specify the approximate number of children invited so that we could find a suitable time for organising the party, for we also have to take other visiting children into consideration. Daily birthday times are from 11:00 to 14:00; from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 (NB! 3-hour price also includes preparations and post-party cleaning up so that the following party could start at full hour). When booking a time for your birthday, we ask you to pay the advance payment in the extent of 50% (10 € or 17.50 € respectively) within 5 days prior to the party. When booking the birthday party less than 5 days in advance, prepayment shall be effected at once.

If a child should fall ill, the time set for the birthday could be changed, but in such case the prepayment is not refunded.

It is forbidden to take food and drink out of the birthday room, and drinking alcohol is strictly forbidden in the play room.

The play room also has lockers, which are available for the visitors of Põhjakeskus to keep their clothes, etc. Locker rent is 0.70 €.

Internal Rules

  • The play room is meant for independent play.
  • The play room has constant supervisor and the territory as a whole is also under supervision to help and guide the children if necessary.
  • Children aged 3 to 12 years are allowed in the play room without parental supervision, whereas smaller children have to be supervised by their parents.
  • We service one client at a time and give priority to parents with children leaving the playground.
  • We ask you to leave children’s outerwear and footwear outside the play room. For that purpose we recommend using the lockers paying a small fee of 0.7€. Penalty for losing the locker key is 10 €. We ask to leave the key with a parent.
  • Children are not permitted to enter the play room barefoot – socks are required.
  • Parents, who enter the play room, shall take their outer footwear off. It mandatory to wear socks in the play room.
  • When entering the play room we issue a ticket to a parent or authorised person, which ticket has the time of entry marked on it. We ask you to present the ticket when collecting your child.
  • When a child has entered the play room, the amounts paid are not refunded. We recommend that the parents, whose child is in the play room for the first time, accompany the child.
  • Parents are asked to leave their phone number with the administrator so that the latter could contact them if necessary.
  • It is not permitted to enter the play room with food and drink, including chewing gum. Parents are not allowed to consume alcohol in the play room.
  • The play rooms houses a maximum of 30 children.
  • Mürala play room is not responsible for lost or stolen things or accidents, except for accidents that have been caused by a structural error in playground equipment.
  • When children enter the play room, the parent or authorised person consents to adhere to the rules of the play room.
  • Children, who are clearly unwell, for example, having a runny nose and cough, are not allowed to enter the play room.
  • Mürala play room has the right to refuse to service people, who do not adhere to the internal rules or deliberately damage the toys or bother other players.
  • Mürala play room has the right to require compensation for broken toys.
  • Mürala play room is not responsible for the clothes and footwear left behind in the room.
